Mystery Location

Mystery place 004
Graham 'Foz' Foster sent me a mystery location, can you guess where he took the photo? Foz says "First correct answer gets an extra special big shove when they start the TT next Thursday..."

Nope, TB the pic is def taken in West Lothian.

And I will only 'fly' up the Bealach if I am plucked from my bike by hungry sea eagles.

Is it on the B803 from Slamannan to Falkirk looking north?

Fair guess - it's certainly bleak enough and you're right that it's looking North (the hills in the far distance are the Ochils) - but no.

That B803's not in West Lothian & the picture is. Have a think about what the settlement in the middle ground might be :)

Damn, I thought you took the photo on your shortcut hame on Saturday with Cucumbernauld in the background(the ride back to Lithgae was quite pleasant).

Well, it has to be Slamannan then. Because all roads lead to it. QED.

I first thought it's the 825approaching Avonbridge from Standburn like Sadiq says but then Foz said it's looking NORTH ...

Matt's got it - it's looking North from here http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=avonbridge&countryCode=GB#map=55.91477,-3.71921|14|4&dp=os&bd=useful_information&loc=GB:55.92405:-3.73802:14|avonbridge|

A bit sneaky - the dark line is the West Lothian boundary so the picture was taken inside WL but only just.
