1. Two different paced groups (Active and Social) start at the Linlithgow Sports centre at 9.00am.
2. Another Social Ride leaves the East Calder Sports Centre at 8.30am
Sunday Club Run: Meet at the Cross in Linlithgow for 9.00am for a Social ride.
Tuesday Night Chaingang
Numbers are increasing at the club's chaingang or training ride which meets every Tuesday at 7pm to ride around the Whitehill Industrial Estate in Bathgate.
The bunch are split into groups of different abilities and ride about 20 laps around the 1 mile circuit. Great training and ideal for improving group riding skills.
The small circuit means that if you get dropped you can easily miss out a lap and then jump back on to the pack as they come by again
